Automotive Finance Manager - We are seeking an organized, personable and communicative Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the auto loan financing process, closing product sales, ensuring timely and accurate funding of financing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any related discrepancies. This position requires both working independently and contributing to overall team goals.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Protect the dealership by following all applicable federal and state laws
• Structure deals and close product sales
• Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability
• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
• Maintain strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
• Prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork accurately
• Submit all required paperwork to the accounting department in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores

• 21 years of age or older required
• Valid drivers license required
• At least 5 years of automotive experience required
• At least 2 years of automotive F&I experience required
• Prior high volume car dealership experience required
• Franchise dealership experience required
• Honda experience preferred but not required
• CDK experience preferred but not required
• Darwin menus experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in fast-paced & energetic environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High degree of self-motivation
• Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service
• Strong ethics and accountability
