Help Wanted: Luxury Multi-Brand Automotive Genius, BMW, MINI & VOLVO

We are seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Genius to join our team. This is a non-sales, non-service position focused on providing expert-level knowledge about the cutting-edge features, technologies, and capabilities of our luxury multi-brand automotive lineup.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert on all vehicle features, including advanced technology, infotainment systems, driver assistance systems, and performance capabilities across a variety of luxury automotive brands.

• Provide personalized guidance to clients, helping them understand and optimize the features of their vehicles, ensuring they fully experience the latest innovations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, offering support and sharing knowledge on product features to enhance overall customer experiences.

• Stay up to date with the latest automotive advancements, features, and trends to ensure you remain a go-to resource for our clients.

• Lead client workshops and demonstrations to educate them on the unique attributes of their vehicles, without involving any sales or service-related tasks.

• Serve as a resource for any inquiries or troubleshooting related to vehicle functionality, without performing service repairs or making sales recommendations.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and passion for luxury vehicles, technology, and automotive innovations.

• Previous experience in a technology-driven role, preferably within the automotive industry (engineering, tech, or customer support).

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical features in a simple, engaging manner.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning.

• A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a variety of luxury vehicles safely.
