Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of Carpentry, and a strong background in Vehicle Inspection, Maintenance and Repair, and Specific Expertise in RV Systems. This role involves Diagnosing and Repairing Various Components of Recreational Vehicles, ensuring they are Safe and Operational for our Customers. The RV Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other technicians to deliver high-quality service.
Duties
- Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs on RVs, including Maintaining Gas, Hydraulics, Chassis/Towing, Generator, Appliance and Interior Components, HVAC Systems, Automotive Electrical Systems, and Plumbing Repairs.
- Diagnose issues related to vehicle performance, including Air Brake Systems and Alignment.
- Conduct Tire Services and Replacements as needed.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while handling various components of the RV.
- Utilize Welding Skills for Repairs on Metal Structures or Components as necessary.
- Maintain Accurate Records of Services Performed and Parts Used during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Uphold safety standards and practices in the workshop environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Vehicle Maintenance or a Related Field; Dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Automotive Electrical Systems, and Plumbing related to RVs.
- Ability to perform Heavy Lifting Tasks (up to 50 pounds) safely.
- Familiarity with Air Brake Systems and Alignment procedures is preferred.
- Proficient in Tire Service, Techniques and Practices.
- Welding Skills are an advantage for performing necessary repairs.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Pay: $25.03 - $26.76 per hour
