As an Inventory Assistant at Bill Smith Auto Parts, you will play a vital role in assisting with our inventory processes to ensure efficient operations. This position is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting our commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Address all returns
- Follow proper protocols so all orders returned go to the proper warehouse
- Create a Bill of Lading (BOL) for freight shipments for returns
- Ensure all spreadsheets are up to date daily
- Ensure all returns are being sent back in a timely manner
- Assist in wheel returns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Understand how to use Gmail, Spreadsheets, etc.
