We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing new and existing client relationships through active communication. You will process client requests, resolve inquiries, and provide guidance to ensure client satisfaction, and that key information and documentation remains current. Additionally, you will identify and assist with firm services and solutions that support clients' needs, including planning services in a friendly and cheerful manner. You will plan and execute our social media and digital presence as well as brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures, firm capabilities, and industry compliance.

Duties And Responsibilities (include And Are Not Limited To)
- Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and others that arrive at the office.
- Confirm meetings with clients, prospects, and office visitors.
- Assist Operations Manager with client processes, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media and digital presence.
- Prepare requested reports before client meetings.
- Provide periodic benchmarking reports and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Post and create content and digital marketing.
- Assist with event planning and set-up.
- Duties and responsibilities will expand as knowledge increases.
- Participate in required and optional training and education programs including professional development and staying current on compliance, policies, procedures, and new platforms.
- Must be proficient in digital marketing.
- Strong with computers and aptitude to learn new technologies.
- Microsoft 365 Applications especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Utilizes a strong analytical ability.
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Work hours are typically between 8:00AM and 5:00PM
- If there is a client event that is held outside typical business hours, you are expected to attend and participate.
