We'd love to chat if you have:
- 1 years of direct collections experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, financial services, or a similar industry. Willing to consider other customer-facing roles with proven history of de-escalation, negotiation, and problem-solving with customers.
- Previous experience in phone/call center environments with a strong emphasis on handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while balancing assigned cases and duties.
- Proven ability to learn, adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Able to clearly articulate areas of personal opportunity and can self-correct without direction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills – must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships with customers and within a dynamic organization.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual, and credit cards.
