YOUR DAY AS A CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Your responsibilities will include creating task orders and work requests, ensuring every document is prepared with precision to facilitate smooth business transactions. You'll also prepare documents, engaging in the onboarding process to secure optimal supplier partnerships for our products and services. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
- Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
- Analyze contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Process amendments or extensions of contracts to contractual obligations.
- Assists Accounting Department to prepare documentation for financial audits.
- Manage a database of contracts and supporting documents.
- Manage the renewals process in collaboration with Sales and deal desk.
- Manage new customer accounts in Salesforce and properly document agreement data.
- Track and process renewals to maintain and report an accurate monthly forecast of renewals.
- Validate the accuracy of all opportunities within Salesforce.
- Review and manage the churn of all accounts ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
- Handle additional assignments as requested by the manager.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
- Proficient experience utilizing Salesforce.
