To thrive as the IT Manager at Bill360 Inc., you will need a robust skill set that encompasses leadership, infrastructure management, security compliance, and operational support. Your expertise should include developing and implementing IT policies, leading departmental operations, and managing IT projects. Proficiency in Office 365 administration, IP telecommunications, and endpoint security tools is crucial. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues will empower you to provide effective front-line support. You should also be familiar with compliance standards such as PCI DSS and possess a foundational knowledge of security policies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective collaboration with various stakeholders. A minimum of an associate degree in IT or relevant experience is required, along with familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot platforms. Bonus points for certifications such as MCP, A , or CCNA.
