The focus of this position is on creating seamless integrations with accounting and ERP systems to establish a fully automated Accounts Receivable process. As the go-to expert on functionality within these platforms, the Product Manager will leverage their understanding of general accounting principles to design optimal integration strategies that enhance Bill360's value proposition for clients.

To excel as a Product Manager for Accounts Receivable at Bill360 Inc, candidates must possess a robust understanding of accounting system functionalities and their applications within B2B accounts receivable processes. Proficiency in developing integration strategies that align with Bill360's offerings is critical, alongside the ability to assist the Senior Product Manager in shaping the product plan. Successful candidates will collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and Software Engineers, documenting the impact of integrations on business functions while managing existing integrations and tracking changes. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable workflows and agile product development methodologies is essential, particularly experience with sprint planning, daily standups, and refinement sessions.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate accounts receivable processes into actionable product requirements at various levels, and have hands-on experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. Being a product evangelist, both internally and externally, and engaging with external partners will round out the essential skills for this dynamic role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Understand the functionality of the targeted accounting systems and how this functionality is used by B2B businesses in their accounts receivable processes.
• Leverage this understanding to develop an integration approach that supports the Bill360 functionality.
• Assist the Sr Product Manager - Accounts Receivable in developing the product plan for the Bill360 Accounts Receivable offering by providing insight into accounting system functionality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts & Software Engineers to understand and document the impact of specific integrations on the business functions supported on the Bill360 platform.
• Assist in the management of existing integrations including tracking changes to integration requirements testing modifications, enhancements & updates to prototype platform.
• Identify and work with external partners.
• Be a product evangelist both internally and externally.
• The importance of familiarity with Accounts Receivable workflows and processes.
• The importance of experience with agile product development and collaboration with engineers, specifically sprint planning, daily standups and refinements.
• The ability to translate AR processes into actionable product requirements at the epic, feature and user story levels
• Experience working within AR operations and familiarity with accounting systems like Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online & Xero
• Handle additional assignments requested by the manager.
