Join us in revolutionizing the financial technology space!Are you the UX Designer we're looking for?To thrive as a UX Designer at Bill360 Inc, you will need a diverse skill set and extensive experience in user experience design, particularly within the B2B SaaS or FinTech sectors, with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is essential for creating top-notch user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that prioritize usability and efficiency. A strong portfolio demonstrating your user-centered design processes and complex workflow solutions will be key in showcasing your expertise.You should be adept at conducting user research and testing methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative insights, leading usability testing sessions to refine designs further. Familiarity with design systems and financial concepts, especially around accounts receivable processes, is a plus. Excellent communication skills are vital for presenting and advocating for your designs to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Knowledge and skills required for the position are : 5 years of UX design experience preferably in B2B SaaS or FinTech.Design end-to-end user experiences for our accounts receivable automation platform, focusing on usability, accessibility and efficiency.Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to gain insights into customer needs and pain points.Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and product enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.Lead usability testing sessions, gathering qualitative and quantitative data to refine and improve designs.Advocate for UX design best practices in AR automation creating streamlined workflows that support complex financial processes.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive and user-friendly.Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Familiarity or experience with design systems preferred.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes including examples of complex workflows and data-driven design.Experience with user research and testing methodologies.Familiarity with financial concepts and / or accounts receivable processes is a plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and advocate for your designs to stakeholders.Will you join our team?If you have these qualities and meet the basic job requirements, we'd love to have you on our team.
