Sr. Product Manager - Data Analytics

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (Data Analytics & AI) to own and evolve our data platform and AI capabilities. This is a strategic role focused on building data-driven products and enabling internal and customer-facing intelligence across our fintech ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive initiatives that unlock the value of data at scale.

Essential Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and evolve the roadmap for data analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities within the platform.
• Translate business goals into actionable, data-powered product features.
• Stay ahead of trends in fintech, AI, and data engineering to drive innovation.

Execution & Delivery

• Work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver data and AI product initiatives.
• Own product lifecycle management - from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Work with the UX team to design and launch customer-facing dashboards, insights engines, recommendation systems, or automation features powered by AI.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and other PMs to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, etc.) to gather feedback and align product goals.
• Serve as the voice of the user for all analytics and AI capabilities.
• Handle additional assignments as requested by the manager.

User & Market Research

• Conduct research and validation with users to uncover analytics needs and opportunities.
• Benchmark against competitors and lead competitive intelligence efforts on AI and data features.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 in data, analytics, or AI/ML product roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms, analytics dashboards, or AI-driven features in SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of modern data stack tools and ML/AI frameworks.
• Strong technical fluency - able to work closely with engineers and data scientists and bridge business and technical domains.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with generative AI applications in SaaS.
