Billet Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Marketing Coordinator!
Our dedicated, hardworking staff services all of Arizona, parts of Nevada, California, New Mexico and now including Texas! Our team works with our patients to establish a trusted relationship for care continuum.
We are looking for a hospice marketing coordinator for the very broad Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and possesses a strong work ethic while being a positive representation of the company and our standards. The marketing coordinator also builds strong relationships with community partners while pushing and continuously building the Billet Brand.
*The primary goal of the position is to generate business for Billet. That includes door to door, face to face, market calls, online and conventions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships while complying with state and federal regulations
- Proactively reaching out to referral sources to build partnerships
- Conducting initial meeting with families while providing hospice and benefit information proficiently.
- Growing the Billet brand and providing professional service
- Achieve monthly marketing goals
- Staying up to date with market trends
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Hospice in addition to knowing Medicare, HIPAA, state and federal guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility as well as the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance(Travel includes East and West parts of the valley)
- 1 year of marketing experience
Compensation: 80 - 130K plus bonus program
Schedule:· Monday through Friday & some Weekends
