Billet Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Office Manager!
Our dedicated, hardworking staff services all of Arizona, parts of Nevada and California, New Mexico and now Dallas, Texas! Our team works with our patients to establish a trusted relationship for care continuum.
The right candidate will be able to:
Responsibilities include but not limited to, answering and directing calls politely and effectively, keeping a welcoming attitude towards visitors, maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed, assist in daily clerical duties. You will also be assisting the Director of Nursing with staffing needs in relation to our clinicians out in the field.
Qualifications:
- At least (1) year experience in a medical office setting
- Medical terminology (Preferred)
- Data entry skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Customer service skills
- Must be able to navigate through a computer
Compensation:
- $20 per hour (based upon experience)
