The right candidate will be able to:
- Screen and select resumes for the the different departments and need.
- Conduct screening of candidates on phone.
- Arrange and send interview letters to candidates.
- Display job positions on various websites.
- Review and assess candidates’ suitability for the required pots.
- Build and manage candidates’ database.
- Build and develop relationships with the business clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment required!
- Interpersonal skills a MUST
- Medical terminology a plus
- Data entry skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Communication Skills vital
- Know-how to multi-task
- Customer service skills
- OPEN TO A WEEKENDS WHEN NEEDED
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
