Billie's, a classic American steakhouse with a modern twist, is opening in the heart of downtown Nantucket in June 2025.
We are currently looking for line cooks who have a passion for preparing and executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. The ability to maintain a clean and organized work space is a must, as is at least 1 year of kitchen experience.
Ideal candidates would be available from June - December 2025 and also interested in helping to create a supportive, welcoming work culture.
Staff housing is available.
