Job Overview:
FE Medical Center is seeking a charismatic and results-driven Patient Outreach & Enrollment Manager to lead patient acquisition efforts and drive community engagement. This role requires a proactive and persuasive communicator who can connect with potential patients, attend community events, and build relationships with local organizations to expand the center’s reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, healthcare outreach, and patient engagement, with the ability to educate and guide individuals through the enrollment process, particularly for Medicare Advantage and other healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient enrollment strategies to increase new patient acquisition, focusing on Medicare Advantage and primary care services.
- Conduct direct outreach via community events, health fairs, senior centers, and other locations to engage with potential patients.
- Educate and enroll patients by explaining FE Medical Center’s services, eligibility requirements, and healthcare benefits.
- Foster strong relationships with community leaders, senior organizations, social workers, and healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients, following up on leads and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient enrollment records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Analyze patient acquisition metrics to refine outreach strategies and maximize enrollment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure a seamless and positive patient onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, patient enrollment, or healthcare outreach.
- Charismatic and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience engaging with Medicare Advantage patients and a solid understanding of healthcare enrollment processes.
- Ability to travel locally for outreach, networking, and enrollment events.
- Bilingual – Spanish required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services is a plus.
