What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance Mechanic position at Billings Clinic Health System?
Responsible for providing preventive maintenance and repair on all grounds maintenance equipment. Maintains grounds, outside building and rental properties within established standards. Directs and prioritizes work performed by outside contractors. Is responsible for independently identifying general outside campus needs and work prioritization.

Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency
standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job
performance.
suppliers as necessary to ensure snow removal, lighting repairs, outside
building maintenance (i.e., cleaning outside walls, sealing brick surfaces,
etc.) and rental property repairs are done as required or requested.
Clinic properties in accordance with established standards.
including but not limited to lawnmowers, snowplows, aeration equipment,
sprayers, air compressors, etc.
for all grounds equipment and ensures quality, reliable operation of related
equipment. Monitors preventative maintenance service contracts maintaining
appropriate records and logs as needed. Performs maintenance and repairs on all
equipment as needed.
maintenance of all systems including minor plumbing, heating/cooling,
electrical, etc.
work environment in all storage areas and areas of responsibility.
according to Billings Clinic standards including the removal of all garbage
(cigarettes, gum, etc.) from grounds.
