  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP)

Job Details

  • Cath Lab / Hybrid OR Rad Tech 4x10 DAYS 0700-1730
  • Call requirement is one night / week, one weekend / month
  • MUST HAVE FLUOROSCOPY EXPERIENCE
  • 2 years of prior CLT experience required
  • First time travelers accepted
  • Locals NOT accepted (must be 75 miles from facility)

  • RT cert required for Cath Lab Rad Techs
  • State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) required within 30 days of start

    • Schedule Information

  • 4x10 DAYS 0700-1730
  • Call requirement is one night / week, one weekend / month

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Fluoroscopy experience required

    • Additional Details

  • Current and valid DL, government photo ID, or passport required
  • Proof of Name Change if needed
  • Certificates of Completion NOT accepted for certifications
