Required within 30 days of start for RNs and LPN / LVNs.
Required within 30 days of start. Radiology Techs : Generalist, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology - MT State License MRI Techs - confirm if required for each placement. Temp License NOT accepted.
Additional Details
AHA only. Required for ER, PCU, CVICU, ICU, Cath Lab, LAD, IR, Urgent Care. Certificates of Completion NOT accepted.

Required for : Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) - NBSTSA or NCCT. Radiology Tech : Generalist, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology - ARRT Phlebotomist : National Tech Cert : Most common are ACSP, AMT, NAHP, and NHA. Preferred for SPTs. QM - please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying / Validating all Allied Professionals (anything non-RN, LPN)
