Job Summary : As a Development Associate, you will play an integral role in our development team, focusing on both architecture and design. This position demands precision in design computations, data compilation, and the management of preliminary architectural tasks. Working under the mentorship of seasoned architects and engineers, you will contribute to the creation of detailed sketches, preliminary drawings, schematic designs, and the execution of complete architectural plans and renderings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and refinement of architectural designs, focusing on both structural and aesthetic aspects.
- Engage in the selection and recommendation of materials and finishes for both exterior and interior design projects.
- Collaborate on interior design layouts to optimize aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Prepare sketches and preliminary drawings under the guidance of senior architects.
- Conduct detailed project estimations, accounting for materials, labor, and time.
- Utilize CAD and other design software to create detailed drawings and visual representations.
- Ensure all designs meet building codes and regulatory standards.
- Support project management teams with technical documentation and design specifications.
