We are seeking an Estimator to join our team to calculate, compile and prepare estimates as part of the pre-construction team. DUTIES :
- Generate project estimates.
- Complete quantity takeoffs.
- Solicit specialty contractors to obtain estimates.
- Maintain specialty contractor database to insure current information and inclusion of new potential bidders.
- Assist in preparation of request for proposal documents.
- Support management team in maintain and updating estimating software / database.
- Coordinate bid document sharing with all process stakeholders.
- Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
