Billion of Iowa City is seeking an Automotive Finance Consultant to join the Billion Auto Team!
DUTIES:
- Meeting with customers and working on financing contracts in the sale of a vehicle, as well as, additional products and services
- Responsibilities will also be to make sure the dealership is in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
- Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years previous experience in a challenging role with a proven track record of success
- Previous customer service or background in customer support a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Numerical ability for the purpose of understanding credit applications and structuring deals
- Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently
