We are looking for a highly impactful VP Business Operations, Chief of Staff to CEO. This is a senior leadership role with a path to C-suite positions. The successful candidate will build and lead their own Business Operations function while serving as a key strategic thought partner and advisor to the CEO. This role will drive the execution of critical projects, ensuring alignment across the organization for company wide OKRs, leading executive leadership meetings. This person will support strategic decision-making in preparation for our IPO as a member of the prestigious IPO team, and in our 20 Mile March towards the S&P 500 post-IPO as a member of the executive leadership team.
As a true strategic partner to the CEO, you will have complete access to all executive information and decision-making processes, serving as an extension of the CEO's office. This role will drive organizational efficiency, supporting operational excellence, and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. This high-visibility role will require a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership acumen. This person will help our CEO and other members of the executive team to maintain our strong culture and operational excellence, as we scale from 500 to 2000 employees and grow revenues from $200M ARR to $1B ARR over the next five years.
The Chief of Staff is an on-site position and reports directly to our CEO.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on critical business decisions, organizational design, and long-term strategy
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define and implement the company's strategic roadmaps, with a focus on the execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Build and lead the Business Operations organization, with opportunity to expand scope to additional operational functions over time
- Partner with other executive leadership team members to track progress on quarterly and annual objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide detailed analysis and insights to support executive decision-making, enabling informed and timely actions.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives across culture, operations, and strategy

For this position, the base salary is $275,000 per year with an annual bonus at plan of 25% and a total equity package of $1.5M ($375,000 / year), for a total compensation package exceeding $700,000 per year.
