Maintenance Technician (Kingston, Kingston Mall)

Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Part-Time 15-20 Hours /Week (3-4 Days/Week)

Job Duties

1. Maintain Play equipment in a clean and safe up to the manufacturer's
standard. Ensure that all maintenance schedules are maintained
2. Repair play equipment to insure it is safe and meets all safety
requirements.
3. Painting all areas in facilities
4. Maintain ballistic area, perform basis electric repair. Perform
maintenance on blower motors (Vacuum fans)
5. Plumbing clean drains, repair and replace bathroom equipment
6. Basic electrical repair
7. Ensure all repairs listed on the weekly audit are completed on a weekly
basis
8. Deep cleaning of bathrooms/Kitchen at location. Scrub floor and tiles
with bleach. one time a week
9. Wash all windows each location one time a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

• Weekends as needed
