We are hiring an Account Manager to join our team of skilled professionals. BILMAR Landscape Industries is a cutting-edge company that is taking charge as a leader in changing our industry. REQUIREMENTS :

  • HOA and Commercial Account Management : 3 year experience
  • Aspire / Property Intel / Weathermatic knowledge is a plus.
  • 40 Hours per week- 4.5 day work week.

Account manager is responsible for providing the boards and community managers with “Service Beyond Expectations” through the following :

  • Working closely with BILMAR Branch Manager / Field Supervisors daily on property expectations, labor management, and quality control.
  • Inspections and auditing of properties
  • Cultivating relationships with board members and managers
  • Property walks and drives
  • Attend board meetings.
  • Maintain monthly communication with BOD and Managers regarding issues, proposals, etc…
  • Excellent property retention through maintaining relationships.
  • Writing and providing proposals to enhance our clients' assets.
  • Produce $100,000 in new work orders / extra services monthly.
  • Provide guidance / labor hour management to Project Manager on all projects that have been sold.
  • Schedule and route weekly crew stops in our system.
  • Conduct property turnover walks with new clients.
  • Respond to all emails and calls daily.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain all property inventory information.
  • Provide Service Beyond Expectations.
