Are you a recent college grad or experienced professional seeking to transition into sales?  Are you looking to work consistent hours, make money while learning, and have fun while you’re doing it?  If so, now is your chance to join the Biloxi Shuckers Sales Associate Program. We are seeking focused, energetic, goal-driven individuals who have a passion for helping others and wanting to jump start their sales career in sports.
 
As a Sales Associate Representative in the program, you will learn our business from the ground up with exposure to our full menu range of memberships, groups and hospitality.  This role utilizes an outbound calling approach, spending a large portion of the time balanced between being on the phone and setting meetings, preferably at the ballpark. You will learn the core values to the sales process which will then enable you to grow further in your career. 
 
You will receive the training and development you need to define the sales career you want to be an elite sales associate. Compensation will be in the form of a monthly stipend, along with commission for your sales.
