What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA/Behavior Analyst (Part time) position at BILT, Inc.?

We work with children, teens, or adults in-home and in the community. We are primarily looking for assistance with assessments, creating behavior plans that will satisfy our funder's requirements, staff supervision, parent training, and re-assessment/submitting information to our funders. We ideally are looking for someone comfortable with going in person as needed to the Boston area (especially during assessments), but we are flexible with having supervisions, meetings, and other work occur remotely.
Company Culture: BILT, Inc. was founded by a BCBA who will be working closely with you throughout all cases and providing support as needed. We value our BCBAs and have many supports in place that take care of scheduling, hiring, and most administrative tasks so you can focus on providing behavioral services. We use Central Reach as our data collection software.
BCBA certification and Master's degree required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.
- Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.
- Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
- Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
- Maintain quality outcome data.
- Complete functional assessment.
- Develop and implement BSP; Behavior Specialist will consult after discharge.
- Seek input and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties
- Modify BSPs as necessary.
- Attend all agency, departmental, and client specific meetings as needed
- Conduct direct support staff training on implementation if individual behavioral support plans and related data collection.
Position details: 1099 position, 4-10 hours a week with 1-2 clients, Parent training able to be completed remotely but in person supervision required for Medford, MA client (3 hours a week in the afternoon or 1 weekend day)
