Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. We are a family owned, statewide Construction Manager/General Contractor, established in 1954 (www.biltmorefl.com) located in Belleair, Florida.
We are looking for someone with 3 years’ experience as a project administrator, project engineer or project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience working with subcontractor change orders, submittals, RFI's, subcontracts, and has a desire to grow that knowledge. We use Procore project management software so experience with Procore is a plus. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can handle working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines. The individual will assist the Project Manager(s), responsible for construction projects which can range from $100,000 to $50 million. Our Project Managers work on multiple projects and may be out of the office for extended periods of the time, so a Project Administrator must be able to work with minimal direction. The following are skills that are a must: Knowledge of construction administration, detail oriented, positive attitude, team player, very well organized, reliable, excellent spelling and grammar, with at least an intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
