The role involves advising clients on product and service development, drafting and updating privacy policies, procedures, training, notifications, forms of consent, and providing general privacy counseling. The position is available in Silicon Valley, Santa Monica, and Washington D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HIPAA / Healthcare Privacy, consumer privacy, health information privacy, federal and state health care privacy laws, other federal privacy laws, comprehensive state privacy laws, international privacy laws, and general technology and data flows.
