What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEDICAL ASSISTANT Clinical position at Biltmore Restorative Medicine & Aesthetics?
We are a Concierge Medical pracitce that focuses on Hormones, Aesthetics and Sexual Wellness. Our office is lucky enough to have really wonderful patients that enjoy seeing us and a fun, hardowrking team. You won't meet a group like ours!
As we are growing, so are our needs for additional staff. As a concierge practice, it is important to be well spoken, create a friendly and upbeat environment and keep up to date with our current treatment options and pricing for our patients. Don't worry, we do in house training, but we do require experience in the medical field.
We will support you in that learning process. You just need a willingness to learn. We work hard and play hard. Good compensation options and great valuation from management.
PLEASE NOTE
***TRAINING will be conducted in the flagship Asheville, North Carolina office. MUST be able/willing to commute to secondary location. Will also commute as needed based on schedule *****
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and payment processing
- Room patients, Scribe for provider
- Assist providers in treatments as well as some independent treatments
-Blood draw (Experience preferred)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment rooms, waiting rooms
-Autoclave surgical instruments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling mail
- Collaborate with other employees to ensure flow and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in one of the following fields: Hormones, Aesthetics, OBGYN, Dermatology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including reservation systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
