Title: Electrical - Team Member
Reports To: Production Management
Location: Greenwood, SC
Job Title: Electrical Team Member
Purpose: The Electrical Team Member is responsible for performing electrical tasks within the production team to ensure all systems meet BiltWise's high-quality standards. This includes the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems in the modular homes. The Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring all electrical components are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations before the homes are delivered to the site.

- BiltWise homes leave the factory with fully operational and code-compliant electrical systems.
- Electrical tasks are executed with precision and safety, contributing to the overall quality and craftsmanship of the homes.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the installation and testing of electrical systems in modular homes, following plans and specifications, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Perform wiring, panel installation, lighting setups, and the integration of electrical components across the production process.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring all systems function correctly before shipment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, and finishing) to ensure the timely and coordinated completion of electrical work.
- Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the electrical work process.
- Identify any defects or issues in the electrical systems and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Continuously develop technical skills and stay informed about industry best practices to enhance work quality.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices, particularly in modular home construction.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools, diagnostic equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments, fostering communication and teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and working in confined spaces safely.
