Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with lenders, real estate offices, and service companies to obtain necessary information for title clearance and settlement.
- Schedule closings and assist realtors with possible changes and continuations.
- Order continuations and updated municipal searches on scheduled closings.
- Post-closing breakdown on files and prepare closing packages.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as escrow, closing, title, operating, and procedure manuals.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and our team.
- Ability to be a team player and flexible to address situations as needed.
