Production Lead Associate
A Production Lead Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent production of the highest quality products and provides support to the Production Supervisor. This position requires a zero-tolerance policy for any deviation from Safety, Health, Quality, or Sanitation standards.

Description
Production Lead Associate
A Production Lead Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent production of the highest quality products and provides support to the Production Supervisor. This position requires a zero-tolerance policy for any deviation from Safety, Health, Quality, or Sanitation standards.
- Great starting pay! $25.59/ hour.
- 3rd Shift Openings (Mon–Fri, may include Sat/Sun in Bun Season)

- Account for labor and operational supplies accurately
- Follow company policies and procedures, safety guidelines, sanitation practices, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Communicate with other departments for efficient equipment maintenance
- Maintain the integrity and certification of the SQF (Food Safety) system
- Report and take necessary action to prevent food safety and quality issues
- Participate in quality improvement and waste elimination efforts and provide support as needed
What we need from you:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math skills and communication skills
- Ability to understand labels, safety warnings, and chemical formulations
- Knowledge of sanitation principles in a food processing facility (preferred)
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, climb, and lift for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to fifty (50) pounds
