Recipe For Success
- Provides leadership to the Production department through coaching and development of front-line Supervisors, driving a culture of safety, inclusion, engagement and accountability.
- Remains accountable for production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, line efficiency, waste and downtime.
- Tracks and reports on production data to evaluate performance against KPIs.
- Drives continuous improvement by ensuring that LEAN tools and 5S are practiced in adherence to Manufacturing Transformation guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on management experience and direct manufacturing experience with a consumer baked goods company.
- Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with 5S and LEAN tools highly preferred.
