Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Merchandising and stocking products on store shelves and displays to ensure the best quality and freshness.
- Driving sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data to inform store-level strategies.
- Building strong customer relationships while ensuring the execution of promotions.
- Introducing new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- The ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution).
