Description:
Sanitation Lead
The Sanitation Lead performs the duties as a sanitation associate with the added responsibilities of leading other sanitation associates with sanitation duties.

What you will be doing:
* Lead and supervise sanitation associates in performing sanitation duties.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Pre-rinse, wash, and sanitize equipment according to company standards.
* Inspect equipment and ensure proper reinstallation after cleaning.
* Set up equipment for production runs.
* Collaborate with sanitation leadership and production to address cleaning deficiencies.
* Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
* Follow AIB guidelines, HACCP, and GMP.
* Train new team members and ensure task completion.
* Perform various sanitation tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:
What we need from you:
* At least 18 years of age.
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum of three years of sanitation experience.
* Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
* Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
