Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Needs Assessment
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their dumpster needs and challenges.
- Assess project requirements to recommend the most suitable dumpster size, type, and placement,
Coordination & Logistics
- Schedule dumpster deliveries, pickups, and exchanges, ensuring timeliness and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with field teams to coordinate logistics and resolve any service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and scheduling timelines.
Organizational Excellence
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for managing multiple client accounts and project workflows.
- Develop and refine processes to improve consulting efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively communicate updates to clients.
Problem Solving & Support
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Identify and recommend solutions for unique or complex waste disposal challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and optimize service delivery.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, project management software, and video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a office environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
Hours
We are looking for someone available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday and Friday's. And afternoons from 1:00 pm -5:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday's with a required shift on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm (when we start to get out of the slow season). Hours can be adjusted for the ideal candidate.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
