Responsibilities
- Governance & Performance Management : Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight. Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders.
- Analytics, Insights and Reporting : Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights. Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas. Create regular reports for senior management.
- Industry & Competition : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research. Develop and drive competitive strategies.
- Org & Process Optimization : Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design. Optimize internal processes to support growth.
- Special Projects : Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.
