- Pursuing computer science or hardware / software engineering : we are looking for people who have chosen engineering as their passion.
- Have a significant amount of experience with web engineering (frontend / backend, JavaScript / NoSQL / Node.js / Ruby / Python) : we primarily use these technologies and we want to use our expertise to help you grow
- Bonus software engineering skills : Objective-C, Java, C
- Work well as part of a flat, distributed team : sometimes leading, sometimes following, sometimes hacking
- Have great communication skills : a good techincal writer who is articulate
- Be meticulous with your attention to detail : every time we push out new code it is an opportunity to create new experiences for thousands of customers (or a risk of making a bad day for those people)
