Job Title: Training Assessment Coordinator
Location: Hybrid
Job Description: The Training Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for developing and administering pre- and post-training assessments, analyzing results, and ensuring training effectiveness. The coordinator may be required to support in-person assessment distribution and data collection at training locations across Iowa, including Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Sioux City, and Council Bluffs. These sessions will be scheduled in coordination with HSEMD and the SOS.
Key Responsibilities: Develop pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge retention.
- Analyze training effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights for improving future training programs.
- Ensure assessments align with cybersecurity training objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or Cybersecurity.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in training assessment and evaluation.
- Certifications:
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
- Certified Performance and Learning Professional (CPLP) (preferred)
