The ideal candidate for this role has 8 years of relevant work experience. Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Developer who is passionate about delivering top notch, software solutions with high quality. In this role you will play a pivotal part in development and enhancement of our APIs & Software Applications. Your primary focus will be on designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting and deploying.net APIs & Applications On Prem and also on Azure cloud services.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and define software requirements.
• Define and develop high quality software solutions using.net technologies. Including C#.net - .NET Core & .NET Framework.
• Candidate should have experience in .Net MAUI.
• Implement and maintain On Prem & Azure based cloud services and solutions.
• Utilize SQL Server, DB2, Teradata and NOSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Good experience in Query and Source Code Optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Take initiative to solve complex issues that escalate to Level 3 support.
• Stay up to date with latest industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Performance tuning and optimization of applications for maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to design discussions and decisions.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools for adoption.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the development cycle.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to streamline the deployment and CI CD processes.
• Experience with API's or serverless computing and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Azure development including Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, API management, App service, Active Directory is a plus.
• Experience with version control system like git,
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
• Familiarization with front end technologies is a good to have.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as a senior.net developer with a strong portfolio of.net projects.
• Proficiency in C#,.NET Core & Framework, .Net MAUI.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server and no SQL databases.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Azure certifications example Azure developer associate are plus.
