Salesforce Technical Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Design & Development
• Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
• Provide Technical Leadership
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Architect Advanced Solutions
• Leverage the full Salesforce platform (declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components) and integrate with external systems.
• Ensure Data Integration
• Develop and implement Salesforce data integration strategies to synchronize data with external systems.
• Maintain Code Quality
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and perform quality assurance to ensure high standards in deliverables.
• Stay Ahead of Trends
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing new features.
• Support Agile Processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert
• Provide expertise in Salesforce technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and Support
• Resolve technical issues, support testing and deployment, and ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Implement CI/CD Pipelines
• Utilize best practices to establish Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Technical Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
• Experience
• At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
• Technical Skills
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, advanced development methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in Agile development tools, especially Azure DevOps.
• Leadership & Communication
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire a team toward excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
