What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Administrator position at BinaryBees Consulting?
This is a Contract to Hire Role - 3 to 6 Months Contract To Hire .
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and optimize our SmartCOMM platform. we will also consider candidates with a strong background in other Content Management Systems (CMS) such as FileNet or SharePoint.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and optimization . This includes managing system performance, user configurations, and coordinating system upgrades. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure the platform operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a robust governance framework, including defining file naming standards and developing a CMS governance policy.
Collaborate with the CCM Center of Enablement (COE) to ensure alignment with broader content management strategies.
Monitor system usage and performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
CMS platforms (FileNet, SharePoint).
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of system architecture, networking, and database management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Channels.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
