Job Description:
Binbox Lockers is seeking energetic and personable Event Leads/Brand Ambassadors to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of event operations, oversee brand representation, and ensure customer satisfaction. As the face of the brand, you will coordinate logistics, lead a small team, and provide exceptional service throughout the event. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver smooth, memorable experiences for attendees.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Access to an iPhone or iPad during work shifts
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays (80% of scheduled events)
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working full shifts at events
- Professional, positive, and proactive attitude towards customers and teammates
- 1 years of experience in customer service or events
Responsibilities:
- Lead setup and breakdown of event areas, ensuring all branding and resources are aligned with company standards
- Coordinate logistical tasks such as managing event materials and ensuring smooth operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional manner
- Represent the brand positively and enhance customer engagement through interactions
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve event processes, offer feedback, and implement new strategies
- Ensure compliance with company dress code and event protocols
- Participate in training to stay updated on event procedures and company standards
