Resort Customer Service- Vail Resort (Lockers)

Job Summary:
Binbox Lockers is seeking a skilled On-Call Maintenance and Systems Technician to provide reliable support for both physical maintenance and software troubleshooting for our locker systems. This role ensures our lockers are fully operational, secure, and user-friendly, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Support:
• Perform routine and on-call maintenance for locker units, including repairs and preventive care.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to locker operations.
• Ensure locker sites are clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Technical Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve software-related issues with locker systems, including user interface and backend functionality.
• Coordinate with the IT team for escalated software problems.
• Perform software updates and system resets as needed.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Customer Support:
• Venue staff with operational or technical inquiries.
• Provide guidance on locker usage when necessary.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, service requests, and inventory usage.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary equipment or parts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and electronic components.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with locker systems or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing or CRM software for tracking service requests.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
