Asset Manager

Engineer Principal Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the life cycle of physical assets to ensure they serve the intended purpose efficiently and effectively. This includes the development of the strategy and business process around it. Builds and maintains effective relationships with key internal and/or external decision makers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Review and update specification data in asset management system, Maximo
• Develop and implement asset management standards across all operations
• Lead and implement improvement ideas based on recurring issues.
• Work closely with many site-based stakeholders.
• Assess the life cycle of assets and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
• Provide technical support and advice on asset management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize asset utilization.
• Develop reports on asset records, including information on their condition, location, and cost.
• Develop cost-effective asset management solutions to minimize expenses.
• Train on asset management procedures and best practices.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $57.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Asset management: 3 years (Required)
