Requisition Description:
Position: Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
Office: San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA
Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
Who You Are
· You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following:
o Products Liability Litigation ();
o Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
o Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
o Managing document collection, review, and production;
o Causation and/or failure analysis;
o Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
· You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
· You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
· You must be an active member of the California Bar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
