Title - Restoration Coordinator

Contract - 9-10 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)

Onsite - Detroit, MI

Description:

· In summary, these individuals will be responsible for identifying all of the property restoration requirements caused from our construction crews performing underground Gas Line Replacement work. The property restoration needs are recorded and uploaded on an iPad on-site of the project. This construction work is on-going throughout our service territory in Southeast Michigan. These employees would be assigned different construction projects as they occur throughout the year and stay on each project until completed. The projects typically encompass neighborhoods and consist mostly of residential streets. They would be reporting to a company Gas Operations Supervisor, work 40 hours a week, 8-4:30 M-F and provide their own transportation. Overtime hours may be required, based on need. In conjunction with recording the property restoration needs, these "Restoration Coordinators" will work as a liaison between the customers and the restoration vendors/processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidates must be able to be on their feet 90% of the day, there is a lot of walking involved in this role as well.

· Candidates MUST have their own transportation, mileage will be paid in accordance with the Company Travel/Expense policy

· Candidates MUST have basic experience using an iPad and have basic Internet navigation skills

· Candidates MUST have experience with MS Office (Email, Excel, Word)

· Good communications skills are essential (communicating with customers, contractors, Field Crews, etc) Liaison between inspectors (city, county, MDOT) Basic math skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.02 - $27.32 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
