Job Summary (12 months contract and Hybrid role)
The Operations Analyst will play a key role in optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Assign orders/maps in ClickSoft
- Assist with closing out our backlog of BPEMs
- Assemble data for MODs / Customer Communications
- Provide ClickSoft support for RECONN field technicians
- Assist with organizing our process maps/SWIs (our team QMS Audit begins this month)
- Assist with our backlog leaks and GRP scope
- Reconcile the daily MAC PowerBI Report
- Update meter locations in ISU (~475 require a review)
- Support our key processes
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.36 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melvindale, MI 48122
