We are seeking a talented and flexible individual to join our team as an On-Call Excel and Notion Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support and assistance with Microsoft Excel and Notion (the productivity software) tasks on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with a wide range of Excel tasks, including setting up sheets, creating formulas, and organizing data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various Excel sheets.
- Collaborate with team members to develop custom Excel solutions for specific projects or tasks.
- Create and manage Notion boards and templates to optimize team collaboration and project management.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including extensive knowledge of formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- An understanding of Notion, its features, and best practices for utilization in a professional environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability to respond to on-call requests within an agreed-upon timeframe.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
